Trek Allant+ 7

The "Allant+ 7" model from Trek, released in 2023, stands out for its high-quality build and well-thought-out features. The frame is made of aluminium, ensuring a robust yet lightweight construction. The maximum permissible weight is 136 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs in at 23 kg.

The braking system features Shimano RT30 and EM300 calipers at the front and rear respectively, with Centre Lock disc mounts and 180 mm brake discs, ensuring reliable and powerful braking performance. The gear lever is the Shimano Deore M5130, which enables 10-speed shifting. The fork is an SR Suntour XCR32 with adjustable spring preload, lockout and 60 mm of travel, ensuring a comfortable ride even on uneven terrain.

Lighting is provided by the Spanninga SOLO for e-bikes and the Herrmans H-Black MR8-E headlamp with 180 lumens and 60 lux, ensuring good visibility even in poor lighting conditions. The pedals are non-slip and fitted with reflectors, offering additional safety. The crankset is made of aluminium with a crank arm length of 170 mm.

The bike is fitted with a Shimano LG400 cassette (11–43, 10-speed) and a Shimano LG500 drivetrain, which ensures efficient power transfer. The handlebars are aluminium low-riser bars with a width of 690 mm, a rise of 25 mm and a bend of 11 degrees. The ergonomic Herrmans Clik grips offer additional comfort.

The stem is made of aluminium and is adjustable, allowing for personalised customisation. The integrated FSA headset with sealed cartridge bearings ensures stable steering. The tyres are Schwalbe G-One in size 650x57C, which provide good traction and riding comfort. The wheelset consists of Alex MD35 rims, which are tubeless-compatible and have an internal width of 35 mm.

The saddle is a Bontrager Commuter Comp, mounted on an aluminium seatpost with a 12 mm offset. The saddle clamp is bolt-on with a diameter of 36.4 mm. The bike is also fitted with SKS plastic mudguards, which protect against splashes.

A Pletscher Comp Flex 18 kickstand ensures the bike stands securely. The MIK-compatible aluminium rear rack has a maximum load capacity of 25 kg, offering ample space for luggage. Power is provided by a Bosch Performance Line CX motor with Smart System and a torque of 85 Nm. The battery has a capacity of 625 Wh and is charged using a Bosch standard charger (4 A, 230 V).

The bike has a seat tube length of 45 mm, a top tube length of 60 mm, a head tube angle of 70 degrees and a seat tube angle of 73 degrees. The head tube length is 16 mm, the chainstay length 49 mm, the standover height 80 mm and the wheelbase 115 mm. The “Allant+ 7” model is available at a price of 3,999 EUR.
