Stevens Strada 800

The "Strada 800" model from Stevens, launched in 2024, offers a balanced combination of performance and comfort at a price of 1,499 EUR. The bike’s frame is made from 6061 TB aluminium, ensuring high stability and a low weight of just 10 kg. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of uses.

The Strada 800’s braking system is fitted with Shimano BL-MT201 brake levers and Shimano BR-UR300 brakes at the front and rear. Braking power is provided by Shimano SM-RT30 brake discs with a diameter of 160 mm at both the front and rear, ensuring reliable deceleration.

The bike’s gear system is a Shimano CUES U6000 Shadow RD-U6020-11 SGS with 22 gears. This is controlled by the Shimano CUES U6000 SL-U6000-L and SL-U6000-11R shift levers. The front derailleur is also a Shimano CUES U6000 FD-U6010-LM3, which enables precise and smooth gear changes. The crankset comprises a Shimano CUES U6000 with 46-32 teeth, whilst the cassette is a Shimano CS-LG400-11, 11-speed.

The fork is made from STEVENS S-Lite aluminium, which provides additional stability and keeps the weight down. The pedals are ATB Pro Reflex, which ensure a secure grip. The bottom bracket is a Pressfit BB86, which ensures efficient power transfer.

The handlebars and stem are both by Oxygen Scorpo, with the handlebars measuring 600 mm in width. The headset is a STEVENS Race Taper 1 1/8"-1 1/2", which ensures precise steering. The wheelset consists of Fulcrum Racing 900 DB wheels, fitted with Continental Contact Speed tyres in size 37-622, which ensure excellent road holding and speed.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Vivo Ergo Sport, which ensures comfort on long rides, and the seatpost is also from Oxygen Scorpo. Overall, the 2024 Stevens Strada 800 model offers a well-thought-out specification that is suitable for both sporty riding and everyday use.
