Stevens Savoie HT

The “Savoie HT” model from Stevens, released in 2024, is a high-quality bicycle characterised by its robust construction and extensive range of features. The frame is made from 6061 DB aluminium and contributes to a total weight of 16 kg. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, which is indicative of its sturdy construction.

Tektro components have been used throughout the braking system. Both the brake levers and the front and rear brakes are of the Tektro HD-T280 type. The front brake disc has a diameter of 180 mm (Tektro TR180-35A), whilst the rear brake disc has a diameter of 160 mm (Tektro TR160-35). This combination ensures reliable braking performance under a wide range of conditions.

The Savoie HT’s gear system is fitted with the Shimano CUES U4000 Shadow RD-U4020-SGS and offers 18 gears. The shift levers are also from the Shimano CUES U4000 range (SL-U4000-L and SL-U4010-9R). The front derailleur is a Shimano CUES U6000 (FD-U6010-LM3). These components ensure precise and smooth gear changes.

The SR Suntour NX1-Coil LO suspension fork, with 63 mm of travel, ensures comfort on uneven terrain. For lighting, the bike is fitted with a B+M Briq-S T Senso+ front light and an AXA Juno rear light, both powered by a Shimano DH-3D37 dynamo.

Other features include ATB Aluminium Reflex pedals, a BSA 68 mm bottom bracket and a Shimano CUES U4000 crankset with 46-30 teeth. The cassette is a Shimano CS-LG300-9, 9-speed. The handlebars (Oxygen Driver, 660 mm) and stem (Oxygen Scorpo) contribute to ergonomic handling, whilst the STEVENS AH 1 1/8" headset ensures precise steering.

The rims (Oxygen RM-26 Disc, 26 x 622) and tyres (Schwalbe Citizen Active-Line, 47-622) are identical at both the front and rear and offer reliable performance. The front hub is a Shimano DH-3D37, and the rear hub is a Formula CL-52.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Nuvola Gent, mounted on an Oxygen Driver seatpost, which ensures additional comfort. SKS mudguards and a Pletscher Comp kickstand are also fitted. The luggage rack is from Racktime and offers practical transport options.
