Stevens Savoie Forma

The “Savoie Forma” model from Stevens, released in 2024, is a versatile and robust bicycle suitable for a variety of uses. Priced at 1,199 EUR, it offers excellent value for money. The frame is made from 6061 DB aluminium, which gives the bike a high level of stability and durability. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 16 kg.

The Savoie Forma’s braking system is fully equipped with Tektro HD-T280 components. Both the brake levers and the front and rear brakes are from this manufacturer. The front brake discs have a diameter of 180 mm (Tektro TR180-35A) and the rear discs 160 mm (Tektro TR160-35), ensuring reliable braking performance.

The drivetrain features the Shimano CUES U4000 Shadow RD-U4020-SGS system, which is equipped with an 18-speed gear system. The shift levers are also by Shimano (CUES U4000 SL-U4000-L / CUES U4000 SL-U4010-9R), whilst the front derailleur is the Shimano CUES U6000 FD-U6010-LM3. This combination ensures precise and smooth gear changes.

The bike’s fork is an SR Suntour NX1-Coil LO with 63 mm of travel, which provides extra comfort on uneven terrain. Lighting is provided by the B+M Briq-S T Senso+ at the front and the AXA Juno at the rear, powered by a Shimano DH-3D37 dynamo, ensuring good visibility and safety on the road.

The bottom bracket is a BSA 68 mm and the crankset is also from Shimano (CUES U4000, 46-30 t). The cassette is a Shimano CS-LG300-9 with 9 speeds. The handlebars are Oxygen Driver with a width of 630 mm and the stem is an Oxygen Scorpo. The headset is the STEVENS AH 1 1/8".

The rims are the Oxygen RM-26 Disc models, sized 26 x 622, fitted to both the front and rear. The tyres are Schwalbe Citizen Active-Line in size 47-622, which ensure good road holding and comfort. The front hub is a Shimano DH-3D37 and the rear a Formula CL-52.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Nuvola Lady, which ensures a high level of comfort, complemented by an Oxygen Driver seatpost. The bike is also fitted with SKS mudguards, making it weatherproof. A Pletscher Comp kickstand ensures the bike stands securely, and the Racktime luggage rack offers practical transport options.
