Stevens Primera Lady

The 2020 "Primera Lady" model from Stevens is a versatile and robust bicycle that is ideal for everyday use and longer rides. Priced at 999 EUR, it offers excellent value for money. The frame is made from 6061 TB aluminium, which provides a good combination of stability and light weight. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 15 kg.

The Primera Lady is fitted with Shimano BR-MT200 brakes, complemented by Shimano BL-MT201 brake levers, which ensure reliable and precise braking. The derailleur is also by Shimano and consists of the Deore Trekking Shadow RD-T6000-SGS with a 3x10-speed configuration, which allows for a wide range of gears to suit different riding conditions. The shifters are Shimano Deore SL-M6000, and the front derailleur is a Shimano Deore Trekking FD-T6000-L3M.

The bike features an SR Suntour NCX-D LO fork with 63 mm of travel, which effectively absorbs bumps on the road and provides additional comfort. Lighting is provided by a B+M IQ Avy T Senso+ front light with 40 lux and a Toplight 2C+ rear light, both powered by a Shimano DH-3D37 dynamo.

Other features include ATB Alu Pro Reflex pedals, a BSA 68 mm bottom bracket and a Shimano FC-T521 crankset with 48-36-26 teeth. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG500 with 10 speeds. The handlebars are Oxygen Driver with a width of 630 mm, and the stem is also from Oxygen Driver. The headset is a STEVENS AH 1 1/8".

The rims are Oxygen PRO-D A19, measuring 19 x 622, and the tyres are Continental Contact Light, sized 42-622, which ensure good road holding and low rolling resistance. The hubs are Shimano DH-3D37 at the front and FH-TX505 at the rear. The saddle is a model designed specifically for women, the Selle Royal Freccia Lady, fitted to an Oxygen Driver seatpost.

Additional practical features include SKS mudguards, a Pletscher Comp kickstand and a Racktime luggage rack, making the bike suitable for both everyday use and touring.
