Stevens Primera Forma

The "Primera Forma" model from the "Stevens" brand, released in 2020, is a versatile trekking bike that stands out for its balanced combination of performance, comfort and reliability. Priced at EUR 999, it offers excellent value for money for discerning cyclists.

The bike’s frame is made from high-quality 6061 TB aluminium, resulting in a robust yet lightweight total weight of 15 kg. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, ensuring high load-bearing capacity and versatility in use.

The “Primera Forma”’s braking system comprises Shimano BR-MT200 brakes and Shimano BL-MT201 brake levers, which ensure reliable and precise braking. The drivetrain is fitted with the Shimano Deore Trekking Shadow RD-T6000-SGS, a 3x10-speed system, which, in combination with the Shimano Deore SL-M6000 shifters and the Shimano Deore Trekking FD-T6000-L3M front derailleur, enables smooth and efficient gear changes.

The SR Suntour NCX-D LO fork, with 63 mm of travel, provides additional comfort on uneven terrain and improves control over the bike. For lighting, the bike is fitted with a B+M IQ Avy T Senso+ front light (40 lux) and a Toplight 2C+ rear light, both powered by the Shimano DH-3D37 dynamo.

Other features include ATB Alu Pro Reflex pedals, a BSA 68 mm bottom bracket and a Shimano FC-T521 crankset with 48-36-26 teeth. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG500 with 10 speeds. The handlebars (Oxygen Driver, 630 mm) and stem (Oxygen Driver) offer ergonomic and comfortable handling. The STEVENS AH 1 1/8" headset contributes to stable steering.

The rims are Oxygen PRO-D A19 (19 x 622), combined with Continental Contact Light tyres (42-622), which ensure good traction and durability. The hubs are Shimano DH-3D37 at the front and FH-TX505 at the rear. The saddle is a Selle Royal Freccia Lady, which, together with the Oxygen Driver seatpost, ensures added comfort.

Additional features such as SKS mudguards, a Pletscher Comp kickstand and a Racktime luggage rack make the “Primera Forma” a practical bike suitable for everyday use, ideal for a wide range of purposes.
