Stevens P18

The “P18” model from the “Stevens” brand, released in 2024, is a high-quality bicycle characterised by its robust construction and excellent specifications. The frame is made from 7005 TB aluminium and offers high stability with a maximum load capacity of 130 kg. Weighing just 15 kg, the P18 is comparatively light and therefore easy to handle.

Reliable braking performance is ensured by the Shimano Deore XT BR-M8100 brakes at both the front and rear, complemented by the Shimano SM-RT64 front brake disc with a diameter of 180 mm and the Shimano SM-RT66 rear brake disc with a diameter of 160 mm. The Shimano BL-T8100 brake levers ensure precise control over braking.

The P18’s gear system is a real highlight: with the Pinion 18-speed twist shifter and a Pinion bottom bracket, the bike offers finely graduated gear changes, which proves particularly advantageous in changing terrain conditions. Power is transmitted via the low-maintenance Gates CDX Centre Track Carbon Drive Belt, combined with a 28-tooth Gates CDX Centre Track sprocket.

The STEVENS S-Lite aluminium fork contributes to stability and steering precision. Lighting is provided by the B+M Lumotec IQ-X T front light and the B+M Shine Evo rear light, powered by a Shimano DH-UR708-3D dynamo, ensuring sufficient visibility in the dark.

Comfort is ensured by the Selle Royal Explora Male saddle, the Oxygen Scorpo seatpost and the 640 mm wide Oxygen Scorpo handlebars. The ATB Alu Pro Reflex pedals provide a secure grip. The Oxygen RM-26 Disc SL rims (26 x 622) and Continental Pure Contact tyres (47-622) ensure good road holding and durability.

Additional features such as the SKS mudguards, the Pletscher Comp kickstand and the Racktime Shine Evo RTA luggage rack make the P18 a practical choice for everyday use. The price for this model is 4399 EUR.
