Stevens Galant Lite LT

The "Galant Lite LT" model from Stevens, released in 2024, is a versatile and robust bicycle that stands out for its high-quality components and solid build quality. Priced at 1099 EUR, it offers excellent value for money.

The bike’s frame is made from 6061 DB aluminium, which ensures high stability whilst keeping the weight low. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 15 kg. The braking system comprises Tektro HD-T280 brake levers and Tektro HD-T280 disc brakes at both the front and rear. The front brake discs have a diameter of 180 mm (Tektro TR180-35A) and the rear discs 160 mm (Tektro TR160-35).

The derailleur is a Shimano CUES U4000 Shadow RD-U4020-SGS with 18 speeds, controlled by the Shimano CUES U4000 shift levers (SL-U4000-L at the front and SL-U4010-9R at the rear). The front derailleur is a Shimano CUES U6000 FD-U6010-LM3. The crankset is also a Shimano CUES U4000 with 46-30 teeth, and the cassette is a Shimano CS-LG300-9, 9-speed.

The fork is a STEVENS S-Lite aluminium fork, which provides additional stability and comfort. For lighting, an AXA Dynamo 45 front light and an AXA Juno rear light are fitted, powered by a Shimano DH-3D37 dynamo. The pedals are ATB Aluminium Reflex, and the bottom bracket is a BSA 68 mm size.

The handlebars are Oxygen Driver, 630 mm wide, whilst the stem is an Oxygen Scorpo. The headset is a STEVENS AH 1 1/8". The front and rear rims are Oxygen RM-26 Disc, measuring 26 x 622, and the tyres are Schwalbe Citizen Active-Line, size 47-622. The front hub is a Shimano DH-3D37, and the rear hub is a Formula CL-52.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Nuvola Lady, which ensures a high level of comfort, and the seatpost is an Oxygen Driver. In addition, the bike is fitted with SKS mudguards, a Pletscher Comp kickstand and a Racktime luggage rack, making it an ideal companion for everyday use and longer rides.
