Stevens Galant Lite Gent

The "Galant Lite Gent" model from the "Stevens" brand, released in 2022, is a high-quality trekking bike available at a price of 999 EUR. The frame is made from 6061 DB aluminium, ensuring a robust yet lightweight construction.

The bike is fitted with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes (model BR-MT200) at both the front and rear, operated by Shimano BL-MT200 brake levers. The front brake disc has a diameter of 180 mm (SM-RT30) and the rear one 160 mm (SM-RT30), ensuring reliable braking performance.

The drivetrain features the Shimano Alivio Trekking RD-T4000-SGS rear derailleur, combined with Shimano Alivio SL-M3100 shift levers and a Shimano Acera Trekking FD-T3000-TSM3 front derailleur. The crankset is the Shimano FC-T3010 with 48-36-26 teeth, and the cassette is a Shimano CS-HG400 with 9 speeds.

The fork is made from STEVENS S-Lite aluminium, which further contributes to the bike’s stability and lightness. Lighting is provided by a B+M IQ Avy T Senso+ front light and a B+M Toplight 2C+ rear light, powered by a Shimano DH-3D37 dynamo.

The model is fitted with City Reflex pedals and features a BSA 68 mm bottom bracket. The handlebars and stem are from Oxygen Driver, with the handlebars measuring 660 mm in width. The headset is a STEVENS AH 1 1/8".

The rims are Oxygen RM-X19 Disc (19 x 622), and the tyres are Schwalbe Citizen Active-Line (47-622), which ensure good road holding and comfort. The front hub is a Shimano DH-3D37 and the rear hub is a Shimano FH-TX505.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Nuvola Gent, fitted to an Oxygen Driver seatpost. The bike is also fitted with SKS mudguards, a Pletscher Comp kickstand and a Racktime luggage rack, making it a practical and versatile everyday companion.
