Stevens Elegance Lite Gent

The “Elegance Lite Gent” model from Stevens, released in 2023, is a high-quality bicycle characterised by its robust construction and well-thought-out features. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium, which ensures a good balance between stability and weight. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bicycle itself weighs 15 kg.

Tektro components have been used for the braking system. Both the front and rear brakes are Tektro STB-01 models, whilst the brake levers are also from Tektro (CL 330-RS). This ensures reliable braking performance in a variety of conditions. The gear system is a Shimano Nexus SG-C6001-8C with 8 speeds, operated by the Shimano Nexus 8 SL-C6000 gear lever. This combination ensures smooth and precise gear changes.

The fork is a STEVENS T-12V, which provides additional stability and suspension. The bike is well equipped with lights: a B+M Dopp N is fitted at the front and an AXA Juno at the rear. Both lights are powered by a Shimano DH-C3000-3N-NT hub dynamo, which enables constant lighting without the need to change batteries.

The pedals are City Reflex models, which ensure a secure grip. The bottom bracket is a 68 mm BSA, and the crankset is made of Oxygen aluminium with 38 teeth. The Shimano sprocket has 20 teeth. The handlebars are Oxygen Driver with a width of 630 mm, combined with an Oxygen Scorpo stem and a STEVENS MTB 1 1/8" headset.

The rims are Oxygen RM-19, each measuring 19 x 622, and are fitted with Schwalbe Citizen Active-Line tyres in size 47-622. The front hub is also a Shimano Nexus DH-C3000-3N-NT.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Wave Gent, mounted on an Oxygen Driver seatpost. Mudguards from SKS and a chain guard provide additional protection against dirt and wet conditions. A sturdy STEVENS kickstand and a Racktime luggage rack round off the specification.
