Stevens E-Courier Luxe Lady

The “E-Courier Luxe Lady” model from Stevens, launched in 2020, is a high-quality e-bike characterised by its well-thought-out features and solid build quality. The price for this model is 3,499 EUR. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium, which gives the bike high stability whilst keeping its weight down to a moderate 25 kg. The maximum load capacity is 140 kg, providing ample space for both the rider and luggage.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano BR-MT200 brakes combined with Shimano BL-MT201 brake levers, ensuring reliable and safe deceleration. The gear system is a Shimano Alfine-8 SG-S7001-8 with a Shimano Alfine 8 SL-S7000-8 gear lever, which allows for precise and easy gear selection. The SR Suntour NCX-D LO Air fork, with 63 mm of travel, provides additional comfort on uneven terrain.

For lighting, the e-bike is fitted with a B+M IQ Avy T Senso+ front light (40 lux) and a Shine Evo rear light, which ensure good visibility in low-light conditions. The City Alu Comp Reflex pedals offer a secure grip and comfort whilst riding. Power is provided by the Bosch G3 Active Line Plus Cruise motor, which, in combination with the Bosch PowerTube 500 battery, offers a capacity of 500 Wh. The Oxygen E-Scorpo Belt crankset with a 46-tooth Gates CDX sprocket, the 22-tooth Gates CDX Centre Track sprocket and the Gates CDX Centre Track Carbon Drive Belt ensure a quiet and low-maintenance drivetrain. The 630 mm wide Oxygen E-Scorpo handlebars and the Oxygen E-Scorpo stem provide a comfortable and ergonomic riding position. The STEVENS AH Taper 1 1/8"–1 1/2" headset ensures precise steering.

The Oxygen PRO-D A19 rims (19 x 622) and Schwalbe Marathon tyres (47-622) offer a good combination of stability and comfort. The hubs are from Shimano Deore and Alfine, which is a sign of high quality and durability. The Selle Royal Freccia Lady saddle, combined with the Cane Creek Thudbuster seatpost, ensures additional riding comfort.

Additional features such as the SKS mudguards, the Pletscher Comp kickstand and the Racktime Shine Evo RTA luggage rack make the E-Courier Luxe Lady an all-round practical and versatile e-bike, ideally suited to both everyday use and longer tours.
