Stevens E-Cito Forma

The "E-Cito Forma" model from Stevens, launched in 2020, is a high-quality e-bike that stands out for its solid build quality and comprehensive range of features. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and offers high stability with a maximum load capacity of 140 kg. Weighing 25 kg, the e-bike is robust yet manoeuvrable.

The E-Cito Forma is fitted with Tektro HD-T385 hydraulic disc brakes, supplemented by a coaster brake for added safety. The brake levers are also from Tektro and guarantee reliable braking performance. The gear system is a Shimano Nexus SG-C6001-8CD with 8 speeds, controlled via the Shimano Nexus 8 SL-C6000-8 shifter, which enables precise gear selection.

The SR Suntour NCX-D LO suspension fork, with 63 mm of travel, ensures a comfortable ride on uneven terrain. For lighting, the e-bike is fitted with a B+M IQ Myc T Senso front light (50 lux) and a Shine Evo rear light, which ensure good visibility even in poor lighting conditions. The pedals are City Alu Comp Reflex pedals, which provide a secure grip.

The bottom bracket and motor are from Bosch; the motor is the Bosch G3 Active Line Plus Cruise model. The battery, a Bosch PowerPack 500, has a capacity of 500 Wh and provides a reliable power supply. The display is a Bosch Intuvia, which clearly shows all the important information.

Power is transmitted via a Gates CDX Centre Track Carbon Drive Belt with an Oxygen E-Scorpo Belt crankset and Gates sprockets (50 teeth at the front, 24 teeth at the rear). The handlebars are Oxygen E-Scorpo, 630 mm wide, and the stem is an adjustable Oxygen Versa II. The headset is a STEVENS AH 1 1/8".

The rims are Oxygen PRO-D A19, measuring 19 x 622, and the tyres are Schwalbe Marathon in size 47-622, which provide good grip and puncture resistance. The hubs are Shimano HB-M475 at the front and Nexus at the rear. The saddle is a Selle Royal Nuvola Lady, mounted on an Oxygen E-Scorpo seatpost.

The E-Cito Forma is also fitted with SKS mudguards to protect against splashes, as well as a STEVENS Edge kickstand for secure parking. The Racktime Shine Evo RTA luggage rack offers ample space for luggage.

The price of the Stevens E-Cito Forma is 2999 EUR, which represents good value for money given the bike’s extensive specification and quality.
