Stevens Courier Luxe LT

The “Courier Luxe LT” model from Stevens, released in 2024, is a high-quality and versatile bicycle that stands out for its robust construction and well-thought-out features. It is available for €1,699 and offers a wide range of technical features suitable for both everyday use and longer tours.

The bike’s frame is made from 6061 TB aluminium, ensuring high stability and durability. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 14 kg. This makes it a lightweight yet robust companion.

For the braking system, Stevens has opted for Tektro HD-T280 disc brakes at both the front and rear, combined with Tektro TR180-35A front brake discs (180 mm) and Tektro TR160-35 rear brake discs (160 mm). The bike’s fork is a STEVENS S-Lite made of aluminium, which contributes to its overall stability. Lighting is provided by a B+M Briq-S T Senso+ front light and a B+M Shine Evo rear light, both of which are powered by a Shimano DH-UR708-3D hub dynamo. This ensures reliable lighting even in the dark.

The bike is fitted with ATB Alu Pro Reflex pedals, which provide a secure grip. The handlebars and stem are from the Oxygen Scorpo series, with the handlebars measuring 630 mm in width. The headset is a STEVENS AH Taper 1 1/8"-1 1/2", which ensures precise steering.

The rims are Oxygen RM-26 Disc models measuring 26 x 622 mm, fitted with Continental Contact Urban tyres in size 47-622 at both the front and rear. This combination offers a good balance between comfort and speed.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Explora Female model, mounted on an Oxygen Scorpo seatpost, which provides additional comfort. The bike also features SKS mudguards, a chain guard, a Pletscher Comp kickstand and a Racktime Shine Evo RTA luggage rack, making it an all-round practical and well-equipped bike.
