Stevens C12

The "C12" model from the "Stevens" brand, released in 2024, is a versatile and high-specification bicycle, available at a price of 3399 EUR. The C12’s frame is made from 7005 TB aluminium, giving it a robust yet lightweight structure. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bicycle itself weighs in at 15 kg.

The C12’s braking system prioritises reliability and safety, featuring Shimano BL-MT402-3A brake levers and Shimano BR-MT410 disc brakes at the front and rear. The front brake discs have a diameter of 180 mm (Shimano SM-RT54) and the rear discs 160 mm (Shimano SM-RT56), ensuring optimum braking performance.

The C12 is fitted with a 12-speed drivetrain, controlled via a Pinion 12-speed twist shifter. This ensures precise and smooth gear changes. Power is transmitted via a Gates CDX Centre Track Carbon Drive Belt, which, in combination with a 28-tooth Gates CDX Centre Track sprocket and the Pinion EN-AW7075 crankset, ensures efficient power transfer.

The C12’s fork is made from STEVENS S-Lite aluminium, which further enhances the bike’s stability. Optimal visibility on the road is ensured by the B+M IQ-XS Friendly T front light and the B+M Shine Evo rear light, both of which are powered by a Shimano DH-UR708-3D dynamo.

The bike is fitted with ATB Alu Pro Reflex pedals, a STEVENS AH Taper headset and an Oxygen Scorpo handlebar with a width of 640 mm. The stem and seatpost are also from Oxygen Scorpo, giving the bike a consistent design. The saddle is a Selle Royal Explora Male, which ensures a high level of comfort.

The rims are Oxygen RM-26 Disc models measuring 26 x 622, fitted to both the front and rear. The tyres are Continental Contact Urban, sized 47-622, which provide good traction and riding comfort. The front hub is a Shimano DH-UR708-3D, whilst the rear hub is a Pinion H2.R.
