Stevens Aspin Disc

The "Aspin Disc" model from Stevens, launched in 2024, is a high-quality road bike available for 1999 EUR. The frame is made from SL 7005 TB aluminium and contributes to the bike’s total weight of just 9 kg. The maximum rider weight is 115 kg, ensuring solid load-bearing capacity.

The braking system is fully equipped with components from the Shimano 105 series. The brake levers are the Shimano 105 ST-R7120-R, whilst the front and rear brakes are both the Shimano 105 BR-R7170. Both front and rear brake discs are Shimano SM-RT70 with a diameter of 160 mm, ensuring reliable braking performance.

The Aspin Disc’s gear system is also from Shimano 105 and features 24 gears. The derailleur system consists of the Shimano 105 Shadow RD-R7100-D rear derailleur and the Shimano 105 ST-R7120-L and ST-R7120-R shift levers. The front derailleur is the Shimano 105 FD-R7100-F. The crankset is a Shimano 105 FC-R7100 with a 50-34 tooth ratio, and the cassette is a Shimano 105 CS-R7100, 12-speed.

The Aspin Disc’s fork is a STEVENS Full Carbon SL, which ensures lightweight yet stable steering. The bottom bracket is a Pressfit BB86, which enables efficient power transfer. The handlebars are Oxygen Scorpo Aero, combined with an FSA SMR stem and a Deda DCR headset, which has a size range of 1 1/8" to 1 1/2".

The wheelset consists of DT Swiss P 1800 Spline wheels, fitted with Continental Grand Prix tyres in size 28-622. This combination offers an excellent balance of speed and grip. The saddle is an Oxygen Triton, and the seatpost is an Oxygen Scorpo Carbon Road, which offers additional comfort and lightness.
