Stevens 7X Tour Gent

The 2022 "7X Tour Gent" model from Stevens is a high-quality trekking bike, fitted with a wide range of top-class components and priced at 1,699 EUR. The frame is made from SL 6061 TB aluminium, ensuring a robust yet lightweight construction.

The bike’s braking system comprises Shimano BR-M6000 brakes at the front and rear, operated by Shimano BL-T6000 brake levers. The brake discs measure 180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear (SM-RT54). The drivetrain features a Shimano Deore XT Trekking Shadow RD-T8000-SGS, complemented by Shimano Deore SL-M6000 shifters and a Shimano Deore Trekking FD-T6000-H3L front derailleur.

The fork is an SR Suntour NCX-D Air LO, which provides extra comfort on uneven trails. For lighting, a B+M IQ-XS T Senso+ front light and a B+M Shine Evo rear light are fitted, powered by a Shutter Precision PL-8 dynamo.

The bottom bracket is a 73 mm BSA, and the crankset consists of a Shimano FC-T551 with 48-36-26 teeth. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG500 with 10-speed gearing. The handlebars and stem are both by Oxygen Scorpo, with the handlebars measuring 640 mm in width. The headset is a STEVENS AH Taper 1 1/8"-1 1/2".

The rims are Oxygen RM-X19 Disc (19 x 622) and the tyres are Schwalbe G-One Allround Performance (35-622). The front hub is a Shutter Precision PL-8 and the rear hub is a Shimano Deore FH-M6000. The saddle is an Oxygen Havoc, mounted on an Oxygen Scorpo seatpost.

Additional features include SKS mudguards, a chain guard, a Pletscher Comp kickstand and a Racktime Shine Evo RTA luggage rack. The pedals are ATB Alu Comp Reflex, which round off the overall package.
