Stevens 7X Lite Tour LT

The 2024 ‘7X Lite Tour LT’ model from Stevens, priced at 1,699 EUR, impresses with its high-quality technical features and well-thought-out specifications. The frame is made from SL 6061 TB aluminium, giving the bike a robust yet lightweight structure with a total weight of 14 kg. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of uses.

For the brakes, Stevens relies on the reliability of Shimano components. Shimano BR-MT410 brakes are fitted at both the front and rear, combined with Shimano SM-RT54 brake discs (180 mm at the front, 160 mm at the rear). The Shimano BL-MT402-3A brake levers ensure precise and safe braking power transfer.

The 7X Lite Tour LT’s drivetrain consists of the Shimano CUES U6000 series. With the Shadow RD-U6020-11 SGS rear derailleur and the FD-U6010-LL3 front derailleur, the bike offers a total of 22 gears, which can be operated via the SL-U6000-L and SL-U6000-11R shift levers. The Shimano CUES U6000 crankset with 46-32 teeth and the CS-LG400-11 (11-speed) cassette ensure efficient power transfer and versatile gear selection.

The bike’s fork is a STEVENS S-Lite aluminium fork, which ensures stability and comfort. Lighting is provided by the B+M IQ-XS Friendly T front light and the B+M Shine Evo rear light, which are powered by a Shutter Precision PL-8 dynamo.

The bike is fitted with ATB Alu Pro Reflex pedals and a 73 mm BSA bottom bracket. For the handlebars and stem, Stevens has chosen the Oxygen Scorpo series, with the handlebars measuring 640 mm in width. The headset is a STEVENS AH Taper 1 1/8"-1 1/2".

The rims are Oxygen RM-23 Disc (23 x 622) and are paired with Schwalbe G-One Allround Performance tyres (40-622), ensuring excellent riding stability and grip. The front hub is a Shutter Precision PL-8 and the rear hub is a Formula CL-26.

The bike’s saddle is an Oxygen Lynx, mounted on an Oxygen Scorpo seatpost. SKS mudguards, a Pletscher Comp kickstand and a Racktime Shine Evo RTA luggage rack round off the spec, making the 7X Lite Tour LT a versatile companion for touring and everyday use.
