Stevens 7X Lite Tour HT

The “7X Lite Tour HT” model from Stevens, launched in 2024, offers a well-thought-out combination of high-quality features and a robust design. The frame is made from SL 6061 TB aluminium, which ensures high stability whilst keeping the weight low. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 14 kg, making it a lightweight yet sturdy touring bike.

The braking system utilises Shimano components, featuring the Shimano BL-MT402-3A brake lever and Shimano BR-MT410 brakes at both the front and rear. Braking power is optimally transferred via the Shimano SM-RT54 brake discs, measuring 180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano CUES U6000 Shadow RD-U6020-11 SGS system with 22 gears, supported by the Shimano CUES U6000 SL-U6000-L and SL-U6000-11R shift levers, as well as the Shimano CUES U6000 FD-U6010-LL3 front derailleur.

The bike’s fork is made from STEVENS S-Lite aluminium, which provides additional stability and comfort. Lighting is provided by the B+M IQ-XS Friendly T front light and the B+M Shine Evo rear light, powered by the Shutter Precision PL-8 dynamo. The ATB Alu Pro Reflex pedals offer a secure and comfortable footbed.

The bottom bracket is a BSA 73 mm model, whilst the crankset is the Shimano CUES U6000 with 46-32T sprockets. The cassette is a Shimano CS-LG400-11, 11-speed. The handlebars and stem are both from Oxygen Scorpo, with the handlebars measuring 640 mm in width. The headset is a STEVENS AH Taper 1 1/8"-1 1/2".

The rims are Oxygen RM-23 Disc, measuring 23 x 622, on both the front and rear. The tyres are Schwalbe G-One Allround Performance, measuring 40-622, which ensure good traction and riding comfort. The front hub is a Shutter Precision PL-8 and the rear hub is a Formula CL-26.

The saddle is an Oxygen Havoc model, mounted on an Oxygen Scorpo seatpost. The bike is also fitted with SKS mudguards, a Pletscher Comp kickstand and a Racktime Shine Evo RTA luggage rack, making it ideal for longer tours and everyday use.
