Scott Speedster Gravel 30

The "Speedster Gravel 30" model from Scott, released in 2021, is a versatile gravel bike available at a price of 1,499 EUR. The frame is made from Speedster Gravel Disc / D.Butted 6061 alloy and features endurance geometry and an integrated head tube. Weighing 10 kg, the bike offers a good balance between stability and lightness.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano BR-RX400 hydraulic disc brakes, fitted with a 160 mm Shimano SM-RT70 CL brake disc at the front. The drivetrain comprises 20 gears and is controlled by Shimano GRX RD-RX400 components. The shift levers are also by Shimano, specifically the GRX ST-RX400 Disc model. The front derailleur is a Shimano GRX FD-RX400-F, which ensures precise and reliable shifting performance.

The fork on the Speedster Gravel 30 is a Speedster Carbon Disc with a 1 1/8"–1 1/4" carbon steerer tube. The bottom bracket is a Shimano BB-RS500, and the crankset is a Shimano GRX FC-RX600-10 with 46x30T. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG500 with a 10-speed range of 11–34T. The drivetrain is completed by a KMC X10 chain.

The handlebars are Syncros Creston 2.0 Flare made of aluminium with a diameter of 31.8 mm, and the stem is a JD ST123A Alloy with four bolts and a diameter of 31.8 mm. The headset consists of integrated steel cups with a tapered design.

The rims are Syncros Race 24 Disc, each with 28 spokes at the front and rear. The tyres are Schwalbe G-One Allround in size 700x35C, which provide excellent grip and comfort. The hubs are Formula Team II CL Disc models with 28 spoke holes at both the front and rear, and the spokes are black SHA-DAR with a diameter of 2 mm.

The saddle is a Syncros Tofino Regular 2.5, mounted on a Syncros RR2.5 seatpost with dimensions of 27.2/300 mm. Overall, the Scott Speedster Gravel 30 offers high-quality components, making it an ideal companion for a wide range of gravel adventures.
