Scott Spark 920

The 2021 Scott Spark 920 is a versatile and high-performance mountain bike that stands out for its high-quality components and modern technology. The frame is made from Spark 3 carbon with IMP Technology and an HMF main frame, complemented by an Alloy SL 6011 swingarm. This construction ensures a robust yet lightweight total weight of just 12 kg. The frame is also fitted with Boost 12x148mm SW dropouts and a TBC Trunnion Box, which supports tyre widths of up to 2.6 inches.

The bike is fitted with Shimano SLX M7100 disc brakes, combined at the front with a 180 mm Shimano SM-RT66 brake disc, ensuring reliable braking performance. The drivetrain consists of a SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed system, controlled by a SRAM GX Eagle Trigger shifter. This offers a wide range of gear ratios and precise shifting.

The Spark 920’s suspension is provided by a FOX 34 Float Performance Air Grip 3 fork with 130 mm of travel and a FOX NUDE EVOL Trunnion rear shock with 120 mm of travel. Both components offer several modes to adapt to different riding conditions, including Lockout, Traction Control and Descend.

The drivetrain comprises a SRAM DUB PF integrated bottom bracket and a SRAM GX Eagle DUB Boost crankset with a 32T chainring. The cassette is a SRAM XG1275 with a 10–52-tooth range, which, combined with the SRAM CN GX Eagle chain, ensures efficient power transfer.

The Spark 920’s cockpit consists of a Syncros Fraser 1.5 handlebar and a Syncros FL1.5 stem, both made from high-quality aluminium. The handlebars are 760 mm wide and T-shaped with a 9° backsweep. The stem has a 6° angle and is designed for a 31.8 mm diameter.

The bike is fitted with Maxxis Rekon tyres, 2.4 inches wide, which are tubeless-ready and feature EXO protection. The wheels are Syncros Silverton 2.5 models, which are also tubeless-ready and support Boost standards.

The saddle is a Syncros Belcarra Regular 2.0 with CRMO rails, mounted on a Syncros Duncan Dropper Post 2.0 seatpost, which is available in various lengths (100 mm for size S, 125 mm for M, L & XL). The package is rounded off by Syncros Trail Fender mudguards.
