Scott Scale 970

The "Scale 970" model from Scott, released in 2022, is a high-quality mountain bike that stands out thanks to its carefully selected components and well-thought-out design. Priced at 1299 EUR, it offers excellent value for money for cyclists looking for a reliable and high-performance bike.

The Scale 970’s frame is made from Scale Alloy 6061 custom butted tubing and features Boost QR 5x141mm, a tapered headtube and a BB92 bottom bracket. The internal cable routing ensures a clean look and protects the cables from external influences. The frame is robust and lightweight, contributing to the bike’s total weight of 13 kg. The maximum rider weight is 128 kg, ensuring a high load-bearing capacity.

For the brakes, Scott has opted for Shimano MT200 disc brakes with a 180 mm front rotor (Shimano SM-RT10 CL) and a 160 mm rear rotor (Shimano SM-RT10 CL). The saddle is a Syncros Belcarra Regular 2.5, mounted on a Syncros seatpost measuring 31.6 x 400 mm.
