Scott Contessa Scale 940

The 2022 "Contessa Scale 940" model from Scott offers high-quality components at a price of 1299 EUR. The frame is made from Scale Alloy 6061 custom butted tubing and features Boost QR 5x141 mm, a tapered head tube, a BB92 bottom bracket shell, internal cable routing and a replaceable derailleur hanger. The maximum rider weight is 128 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 13 kg.

The RockShox Judy Silver TK Solo Air fork, with 100 mm of travel and a 46 mm offset, ensures a comfortable and stable ride. The brakes are Shimano MT200 disc brakes with 180 mm front rotors and 160 mm rear rotors. The drivetrain is a SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed system with SRAM SX Eagle trigger shifters, which allow for precise gear changes.

The drivetrain consists of a SRAM SX Eagle DUB Boost crankset with a 30T chainring and a SRAM SX-PG1210 cassette with 11–50T. The bottom bracket is a SRAM DUB PF 92 MTB. The handlebars are Syncros Alloy 6061 T-Shape Flat, 700 mm wide with a 9-degree backsweep, combined with a Syncros Alloy 6061 stem with a 6-degree angle.

The Syncros rims, with 32 spokes, are fitted with Maxxis Rekon Race tyres in size 2.25" and a TPI of 60. The front hub is a Formula CL-51 and the rear a Formula CL-2241, both to the Boost QR 5x141 mm standard. The seatpost is a Syncros measuring 31.6 x 400 mm, and the saddle is a Syncros Savona 2.5 (V-Concept) Channel.
