The frame of the Contessa Genius 910 is made from Genius Carbon and utilises IMP Technology and HMF for the main frame. The rear triangle is constructed from an aluminium alloy (SL 6011) and features VLK Virtual 4 Link kinematics. The frame is compatible with both 27.5" (2.6 & 2.8) and 29" (2.4 & 2.6) tyres and allows for geometry adjustment via the BB system. The SW dropouts are designed for Boost 12x148mm hubs, and the TBC Trunnion Box construction provides additional stiffness and durability.

The bike’s total weight is 14 kg, which is very respectable for a full-suspension mountain bike in this category. The rims are Syncros X-30S with 32 spoke holes and a width of 30 mm; they are tubeless-ready. The tyres are Maxxis Dissector 2.6" at the front and Maxxis Rekon 2.6" at the rear, both tubeless-ready and fitted with EXO protection. The front hub is a Formula CL-811 with a 15x110 mm axle, and the rear hub is a Formula CL-148S for Boost 12x148 mm. The spokes are made of black stainless steel with a gauge of 15G / 1.8 mm.

The saddle is a Syncros Savona 2.0 (V-Concept) Channel, mounted on a Syncros Duncan Dropper Post 2.5 seatpost, which is available in sizes S (100 mm), M (125 mm) and L (150 mm). The bike is also fitted with Syncros Trail Fender mudguards.
