Scott Addict CX RC

The 2021 "Addict CX RC" model from Scott is a high-quality cyclocross bike designed for demanding riders. Priced at 3,499 EUR, it offers a wide range of technical features and excellent specifications, making it suitable for both competition and intensive training sessions.

The Addict CX RC’s frame is constructed using Addict CX HMF Disc / IMP carbon technology and features a special CX Race geometry. This design ensures an optimal balance between stiffness and weight. The frame is fitted with a replaceable derailleur hanger, which makes maintenance and repairs easier. The bike’s total weight is 8 kg, making it particularly light and manoeuvrable.

The Addict CX RC’s braking system consists of Shimano BR-RX810 hydraulic disc brakes, which deliver reliable and powerful braking performance. The brake levers are also by Shimano (GRX BL-RX810 Disc), and the front brake disc has a diameter of 160 mm (Shimano SM-RT800 CL), ensuring excellent braking control.

The Addict CX RC’s fork is also made from Addict CX HMF Disc Carbon and features a tapered head tube (1 1/8"–1 1/4") and aluminium dropouts. The bottom bracket is a Shimano SM-BB72-41B, which ensures efficient power transfer.

The handlebars are aluminium Syncros Creston Compact 2.0 with a diameter of 31.8 mm, and the stem is a Syncros RR2.0 with four bolts and also a diameter of 31.8 mm. The headset is integrated and is also from Syncros.

The tyres are Schwalbe X-One CX Performance in size 35-622, fitted to a Syncros RP2.0 Disc wheelset. This combination offers excellent grip and stability on a variety of surfaces.

The saddle is a Syncros Tofino Regular 2.0 Cutout, which ensures a high level of comfort, even on longer rides. The seatpost is a Syncros Duncan 1.0 measuring 27.2/350 mm.
