KTM ZEG VENETO 8 LIGHT

The "ZEG VENETO 8 LIGHT" model from KTM, released in 2020, is a high-quality trekking bike that stands out for its robust and well-designed components. The frame is made from Trekking Onroad Alloy 6061 triple-butted IGH / T-1457, ensuring high stability and durability. Shimano Alivio T4000 brakes are fitted to provide reliable braking performance, allowing for good control even in challenging conditions.

The gears are operated by the Shimano Nexus 8 Revoshifter, which ensures simple and precise gear selection. The Suntour NCX-D coil LO fork with 63mm travel provides additional comfort and effectively absorbs bumps on the trail. For lighting, the bike is fitted with a Fuxon F-170 LED front light (70 lux) and a Fuxon R-99 LED rear light with a parking light, ensuring optimum visibility and safety in the dark.

The pedals are Trekk VP-616 pedals with an anti-slip coating, which ensure a secure grip. Power is transmitted via a KMC Z1eHX chain in combination with a Shimano Nexus 19T sprocket. The handlebars, a 640mm-wide KTM Line Rizer20, and the Ergon GP1 Short grips without bar ends offer a comfortable and ergonomic hand position. The stem is a KTM Line UP3, which can be adjusted between 0 and 90° to customise the riding position.

The headset is a Ritchey OE Logic Zero 1.1/8", which ensures precise steering. The tyres are Schwalbe Marathon Racer Perf. RaceGuard 40-622, which are renowned for their puncture resistance and low rolling resistance. The wheelset consists of a KTM Line – Shimano DH-3N72 hub dynamo with 32 spokes at the front and a KTM Line - Shimano Nexus 8 SG-C60018C CB, also with 32 spokes, both mounted on Ryde ZAC2000 rims and DT Champion 2.0 spokes.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza, which offers comfort for longer rides, supported by a KTM Line suspension seatpost (27.2/300). SKS A46R mudguards in matt black protect against dirt and splashes. The KTM 28" kickstand is adjustable and the KTM Tour (Carry More) luggage rack offers ample space for luggage and is ideal for longer tours.
