KTM ZEG MARANELLO LIGHT DISC

The 2020 "ZEG MARANELLO LIGHT DISC" from KTM is a high-quality trekking bike fitted with numerous advanced components. The bike’s frame is made from Trekking Onroad Alloy 6061, which is triple-butted and features a tapered headtube. This ensures an optimal combination of stability and low weight.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano Deore T6000 2-piston brakes, complemented by Shimano RT54 CL brake discs with a diameter of 180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano Deore XT T8000-10 SGS Shadow, controlled by the Shimano Deore XT T8000-10 shifter with display. The front derailleur is also a Shimano Deore XT T8000-L Top Swing, which ensures precise and reliable gear changes.

The Suntour NCX-E Air LO fork, with 63 mm of travel, ensures comfort and control on uneven terrain. The bike is lit by the Fuxon F-170 LED front light (70 lux) and the Fuxon R-99 LED rear light with parking light function, ensuring good visibility when cycling at night.

The pedals are Trekk.-VP-616 pedals with an anti-slip coating, which ensure a secure grip. The cassette is a Shimano Deore HG500-10 with a 11–34-tooth range, and power is transmitted via the Shimano HG95-10 chain. The handlebars are KTM Line low-riser bars with a width of 640 mm, whilst the grips are Ergon GP3 SD with bar ends to enhance comfort.

The stem is a KTM Line with a 17° angle, and the headset is a KTM Team Trekking Angle Limit 1.1/8>1.5" +15. The tyres are Schwalbe Marathon Racer Perf. RaceGuard in size 40-622, which are known for their good rolling performance and puncture protection.

The front wheelset consists of a KTM Line rim combined with a Shimano DH-UR700 CL 32H 100-5QR hub dynamo and a Ryde Rival23 rim (622x23C), as well as DT Competition 2.0 black spokes. At the rear, a KTM Line rim is also used, combined with a Shimano Deore XT M8000 CL hub (32H 135-5QR) and a Ryde Rival23 rim (622x23C), along with black DT Competition 2.0 spokes.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza, mounted on a KTM Line seatpost (27.2/300). SKS A46R mudguards in matt black (46 mm) provide protection against splashes and dirt. A Hebie 28" adjustable kickstand ensures the bike stands securely, and the luggage rack is a KTM Light (Carry More), which offers ample space for luggage.
