KTM ZEG LORETO CROSS

The 2020 "ZEG LORETO CROSS" model from KTM is a versatile trekking bike designed for both off-road adventures and everyday use. The frame is made from high-quality 6061 off-road touring alloy, which is triple-butted and features a tapered headtube, ensuring enhanced stability and durability.

The bike’s braking system comprises Shimano Deore XT T8000 2-piston brakes, which deliver reliable and powerful braking performance. The front brake disc is a Shimano RT70 CL measuring 180/160 mm, which ensures excellent braking control. The gear system consists of a Shimano Deore XT T8000-10 SGS Shadow, which ensures precise and smooth gear changes. This is complemented by Shimano Deore XT T8000-10 shift levers with a display, which provide the rider with a clear overview of the current gear. The front derailleur is a Shimano Deore XT T8000-L Top Swing, which ensures efficient gear changes.

The Suntour NCX-E Air LO fork, with 63 mm of travel, offers comfortable suspension and is ideal for uneven paths and light terrain. The VP-197 MTB pedals, made from lightweight aluminium, contribute to the bike’s overall performance and riding comfort. The cassette is a Shimano Deore HG500-10 with a 11–34-tooth range, offering a wide selection of gears for various terrains. Power is transmitted via a Shimano HG54-10 chain, which is renowned for its durability and efficiency.

The bike’s handlebars are KTM Team Flat 2X, 620 mm wide, which, in combination with the Ergon GP3 SD grips with bar ends, ensure an ergonomic hand position and added comfort. The stem is a KTM Team MTB with a 7° angle, which, together with the KTM Team Trekking angle limit headset (1.1/8>1.5" +15), ensures stable steering.

The tyres are Schwalbe Marathon Mondial Perf. RaceGuard in size 42-622, which are renowned for their puncture resistance and durability. The wheelset consists of KTM Line components with Shimano Deore XT M8000 CL hubs and Ryde Rival23 rims, which are valued for their robustness and reliability. The spokes are DT Competition 2.0 in black, which further contribute to the stability of the wheelset.

The bike’s saddle is a Selle Royal Lookin, known for its high level of comfort, whilst the seatpost is a KTM Team 27.2/350, valued for its adjustability and stability.
