KTM ZEG CENTO 5

The "ZEG CENTO 5" model from KTM, released in 2020, is a high-quality e-bike that impresses with its well-thought-out features and advanced technology. The frame is made from Macina City US Alloy 6061 and is fitted with an integrated Bosch Gen.3 motor, which delivers a top speed of 25 km/h and a torque of 65 Nm. The battery, a Bosch PowerPACK with a capacity of 500 Wh, ensures a considerable range and provides reliable support for the rider over long distances.

Safety and control are ensured by the Magura HS11 Evo2 brakes, which offer excellent braking performance. The Shimano Nexus 5 Revoshifter enables precise and effortless gear changes, whilst the Suntour NEX-E25 coil NLO fork, with 63 mm of travel, ensures a comfortable ride.

The ZEG CENTO 5’s lighting comprises a Fuxon F-250 LED front light with 100 lux and a Fuxon R-99 LED rear light, which ensure optimum visibility in all lighting conditions. The Trekk VP-616 pedals are non-slip and offer a secure grip.

The drivetrain is powered by a KMC Z1eHX chain and an ESJOT 30T sprocket. The handlebars, a KTM Line Noirette Plus with a width of 660 mm, and the Ergon GP1 short grips without bar ends offer ergonomic and comfortable handling. The stem is adjustable (0–90°) and is from the KTM Line UP3 series.

The bike is fitted with a Ritchey OE Logic Zero headset and runs on Schwalbe Energizer Plus Perf. GreenGuard tyres in size 40-622. The front wheel consists of a KTM Line – Shimano Acera T3000 hub set with 36 spokes, whilst the rear wheel features a KTM Line – Shimano Nexus 5 SG-C70005V gear hub set; both are paired with Ambrosio Track rims.

The Selle Royal Essenza saddle and the Suntour SP17-NCX suspension seatpost (30.9/350) contribute to a high level of riding comfort. The SKS B53T mudguards in gloss black protect against dirt and water. An adjustable KTM 28" kickstand and a practical KTM Tour luggage rack (carry more) round off the specification.

The Bosch INTUVIA LCD display with remote control allows for easy control and monitoring of all key riding data. Overall, the ZEG CENTO 5 offers a balanced combination of comfort, safety and performance, ideal for both everyday use and longer tours.
