KTM WILD SPEED 24

The 2020 "WILD SPEED 24" model from KTM is a well-designed and high-performance bike developed specifically for young riders. The frame is made from 24" AL6061 KID WILD SPEED LIGHT DISC K7461 aluminium and, with a frame height of 310 mm, provides a robust yet lightweight base for the bike.

High-quality components have been selected for the braking system: the TEKTRO RX1.0 is fitted at the front, whilst a Shimano TX805 2-piston brake is fitted at the rear. This combination ensures reliable braking power and safety in a variety of riding situations. The drivetrain is fitted with the Shimano Altus M2000-9 SGS Shadow, which ensures precise and smooth gear changes. This is complemented by the Shimano Acera SL-M3000 9 shifter, which allows for simple and intuitive operation.

The fork is a 24" RIGID alloy model, offering stability and direct steering. The Lasco FM2536 crankset, with 36 teeth and a length of 145 mm, contributes to the efficiency of the drivetrain. The KTM Line Rizer20 handlebars, 560 mm wide, and the Velo VLG-184-5AD2 grips, 92 mm long, provide a comfortable and ergonomic riding position. The KTM Line 4bolt stem is 60 mm long and has a 15-degree angle, enabling a comfortable riding position.

The tyres are identical at the front and rear: Schwalbe BLACK JACK K-Guard 47-507 in size 24x1.90 offer good grip and puncture protection. The wheelset consists of KTM Line – Shimano HB-TX505 32H CL QR hubs and Remerx TOP DISC 32H rims with RM 2.0 INOX spokes in silver, ensuring a sturdy and durable wheel construction.

The KTM Line MTB JR SPEED saddle is specially designed to meet the needs of young riders and offers comfort even on longer rides. The KTM Line seatpost, with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 250 mm, rounds off the overall package.
