KTM LIFE TOUR

The "LIFE TOUR" model from KTM, released in 2021, is a high-quality trekking bike available at a price of 1,749 EUR. It features a robust 28" Alloy 6061 ONROAD DISC TB T8610 frame, which ensures stability and durability.

For braking performance, the bike is fitted with Shimano MT4103 2-piston brakes and a Shimano RT64 CL front brake disc (180/160), ensuring reliable and precise braking power. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano Deore XT T8000-SGS, which, together with the Shimano Deore XT SL-T8000 shift levers and the Shimano T8000 front derailleur, enables smooth and efficient gear changes.

The Suntour NCX-E air LO DS fork, with 63mm of travel, provides comfortable suspension on uneven terrain. The lighting comprises a B&M LUMOTEC IQ-XS front light with 70 lux and a B&M TOPLIGHT 2C Plus rear light, which ensure good visibility and safety on the road.

The bike is fitted with KTM Comp Tour VP-616 aluminium pedals, which offer good power transfer. The crankset comprises a Shimano Deore T8000 with 48-36-26 teeth, and the cassette is a Shimano HG500-10 with 11-34 teeth. The drivetrain is supported by a Shimano XT HG95 chain.

The handlebars are KTM Line Riser 20 with a width of 640 mm, complemented by Ergon GP30 grips for added comfort. The stem is a KTM Line adjust UP3, which allows for individual adjustment of the handlebar height. The headset is a KTM Team Trekking 1.1/8"-1.5" angle limit with a 15mm cover.

The tyres are Schwalbe MARATHON MONDIAL Perf RaceGuard 42-622, which are renowned for their durability and puncture resistance. The wheelset consists of a front KTM Line – Shimano DH-UR7003 32H QR and a rear KTM Line - Shimano XT FH-M8000 CL 32H QR, both fitted with KTM 28" 32H TOP DISC rims and RM 2.0/1.8 INOX black spokes.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza, mounted on a KTM Line SUSP seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm to enhance riding comfort. The bike is also fitted with SKS A46R matt black mudguards, a HORN CATENA A08-48Z/3F chain guard, a HEBIE 28" adjustable kickstand and a KTM Racktime tour luggage rack (snap-it 1.0+2.0), making it an ideal companion for longer tours.
