Kreidler SWYPE 3.0 FS

The "SWYPE 3.0 FS" model from Kreidler, released in 2023, is a high-performance e-mountain bike which, at a price of 6,599 EUR, is positioned in the upper mid-range. The bike’s frame is made from 6061 aluminium and is fully integrated, which not only gives it an attractive appearance but also enhances its stability. With 160 mm of suspension travel and Boost technology (12 x 148 mm), the bike offers excellent suspension performance, which is an advantage on challenging terrain. The maximum load capacity is 120 kg, whilst the bike’s kerb weight is 26 kg.

Braking performance is provided by Magura MT5 brakes with 4 pistons, fitted to both the front and rear with 203 mm discs. The drivetrain is a 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle system, which is easy to operate thanks to the Single Click shifter. The Rock Shox ZEB fork, with 160 mm of travel and a lockout function, and the Marzocchi Bomber CR rear shock contribute to the bike’s excellent handling dynamics.

The bike is fitted with Marwi SP-102 flat pedals, which are made from aluminium and finished in black. The crankset is made from Miranda aluminium with an FSA chainring featuring 34 teeth in a narrow-wide design. The SRAM PG-1210 Eagle cassette offers a range of 11–50 teeth, supported by the KMC E12 EPT drivetrain.

The handlebars are Humpert Ergotec Low Riser Bars, 780 mm wide and 31.8 mm in diameter. These are paired with Ergon GA20 grips with screw clamps for optimum grip. The stem is a Humpert Ergotec Bass with a length of 45 mm. Schürmann Craft 35 rims have been chosen for the wheels, with a 29" rim at the front and a 27.5" rim at the rear. The hubs are Sram MTH700 models, measuring 15 x 110 mm at the front and 12 x 148 mm at the rear.

Comfort is ensured by the Ergon SM10 e-MTB saddle in combination with an EXA KSP900i seatpost, which is retractable and operated via remote. The SWYPE 3.0 FS is powered by a Bosch Performance Line CX mid-drive motor with an output of 250 watts. The fully integrated Bosch frame battery has a capacity of 750 Wh and provides sufficient power for extended rides. The Intuvia 100 display ensures easy operation and provides an overview of all key riding information.
