Kreidler Raise RT4 NL

The "Raise RT4 NL" model from Kreidler, launched in 2020, is a versatile trekking bike that stands out for its robust construction and well-thought-out features. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and is designed for 28-inch wheels, giving the bike a good balance of stability and lightness. The braking system comprises Shimano Nexave BR-C3000 brakes, combined with aluminium 3-finger brake levers to ensure reliable braking performance. The Suntour CR-8R aluminium suspension fork provides additional comfort on uneven terrain. Gear changes are handled by a Shimano Nexus gear lever, which allows for simple and precise gear selection.

The lighting system comprises an AXA Echo LED front light with 15 LUX and a parking light function, as well as an AXA Slim LED rear light, also with a parking light. These lights ensure good visibility and safety on the road. The pedals are made of plastic and provide a solid base for pedalling.

The bottom bracket is a Thun Twist with a square taper, whilst the crankset is made of plastic-coated steel, measuring 170 mm in length and featuring 38 teeth. The Shimano sprocket has 19 teeth, and power is transmitted via a KMC S1 chain. The handlebars are 600 mm wide steel trekking handlebars with a wall thickness of 1.8 mm, fitted with Herrmans Ergo 84B grips for a comfortable ride.

The stem is a Promax MQ-565 made of aluminium, which is angle-adjustable and features a 4-way clamp. The semi-integrated headset is from Chin Haur. The Schürmann Airliner rims are made of aluminium and designed as hollow-chamber rims, whilst the Kenda trekking tyres with reflective strips offer additional safety. The hubs consist of a Shimano DH-C3000 hub dynamo and a Shimano Nexus 3-speed freehub hub. The spokes are made of stainless steel with a diameter of 2 mm.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Rio model, mounted on a suspension aluminium seatpost measuring 27.2 mm x 300 mm. The bike is also fitted with SKS plastic mudguards to protect against splashes, as well as an Ursus aluminium side stand for easy parking.
