Kettler TRAVELLER 1.0 7G FL

The "TRAVELLER 1.0 7G FL" model from Kettler, released in 2023, offers versatile and reliable features at a price of 999 EUR. The bike’s frame is made of lightweight yet robust aluminium, ensuring a good balance between stability and weight.

Braking is provided by TEKTRO 855 brakes at the front and TEKTRO 855AL-EN brakes at the rear, which are renowned for their safe and reliable braking performance. The bike features a SHIMANO SL-C3000 shift lever, which, together with the 7-speed derailleur, enables precise and easy gear selection.

The TRAVELLER 1.0 7G FL is fitted with an SR SUNTOUR CR-8V-P fork with 40 mm of travel, which provides additional comfort on uneven roads. The lighting comprises a FUXON FS-30 front light with 30 lux and a FUXON R-20 rear light, both of which are powered by a dynamo hub and thus provide a reliable light source.

The pedals are Wellgo C-157, whilst the bottom bracket is an FSA BB-7420. The crankset is from SR SUNTOUR and the sprocket is a SHIMANO SM-7C25 with 19 teeth. Power is transmitted via a KMC chain.

The handlebars are KALLOY HB-RB12L-ENM, complemented by Velo VLG-1115AD2 grips for added comfort. The stem is a KALLOY AS-ZGD2, whilst the headset is an FSA NO. 57B (1 1/8 inch–1.5 inches). The tyres are SCHWALBE Citizen K-Guard (47-622), which are renowned for their durability and puncture resistance.

The spokes are silver Spoke 2.0, and both the front and rear rims are high-quality Kettler rims. The front hub is a SHIMANO DH-C3000, whilst the rear hub is a SHIMANO SG-C3001-7R.

The saddle is a SELLE ROYAL Freeway, mounted on a KALLOY SP-F102 seatpost (31.6 x 350 mm) with a 35 mm seat clamp. The bike is also fitted with SKS PET A53 mudguards, a Horn Catena chain guard, a Pletscher kickstand and a MonkeyLoad Carrier luggage rack, making it a well-equipped and practical everyday companion.
