Kettler QUADRIGA TOWN & COUNTRY

The “QUADRIGA TOWN & COUNTRY” model from Kettler, launched in 2022, is a versatile e-bike characterised by high-quality components and a robust build. The price for this model is 3,899 EUR.

The bike’s frame is made of aluminium, bringing the total weight to 24 kg. The maximum permissible weight is 145 kg, which highlights the bike’s stability and load-bearing capacity.

For the brakes, Kettler has opted for SHIMANO BR-MT200 units at both the front and rear, with the rear brake featuring a 2-piston system. The brake levers are also from SHIMANO, specifically the BL-MT201 models. The front and rear brake discs have a diameter of 180 mm, with the SHIMANO RT30M fitted at the front and the SHIMANO RT-EM300 at the rear.

The derailleur is a SHIMANO Deore RD-M5120 with 10 speeds, operated via the SHIMANO Deore SL-M4100 shifter. The fork is an SR SUNTOUR XCM34-Boost with 100 mm of travel, which provides extra comfort on uneven terrain.

Lighting is provided by the FUXON FS-50 EB at the front (50 lux) and the FUXON R-Glow EB at the rear. The pedals are ZECURE VP-469, whilst the crankset is from SAMOX. The cassette is a SHIMANO CS-H4100-10 with a 11–46T range, and the drivetrain features the SHIMANO HG54.

The handlebars are Competition SL Trekking, complemented by Velo VLG-1551AD2 grips and an adjustable Competition SL stem. The headset is an ACROS AiX-322 R3. The rims are RODI Tryp30, fitted with SCHWALBE Hurricane Performance RG HS499 (57-584) tyres. The spokes are 2.0 blk.

The front and rear hubs are SHIMANO HB-MT400-B and SHIMANO FH-MT400-B respectively. The saddle is a Comodoro XL, mounted on an SP-216 blk seatpost (34.9 mm) and secured by a quick-release saddle clamp (38.6 mm).

Additional features include SKS PET A65R mudguards, a Kettler Quadriga chain guard, the URSUS Wave kickstand and a MonkeyLoad Carrier luggage rack.

Power is provided by the Bosch Performance Line CX motor with 85 Nm of torque and maximum assistance up to 25 km/h. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube Horizontal with a capacity of 625 Wh and the display is a Bosch Intuvia.
