Kettler QUADRIGA PRO BELT

The "QUADRIGA PRO BELT" model from Kettler, released in 2022, is a high-quality e-bike characterised by its comprehensive range of features and robust construction. The frame is made of aluminium and the maximum load capacity is 145 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 28 kg.

The QUADRIGA PRO BELT’s braking system is fitted with SHIMANO Deore BR-M6000 disc brakes at both the front and rear, with the front brake disc measuring 180 mm (SHIMANO SM-RT64) and the rear brake disc is also 180 mm (SHIMANO SM-RT56). The brake levers for the front and rear wheels are SHIMANO BL-T6000 models.

An ENVIOLO CT gear lever is used for shifting. The fork is an SR SUNTOUR NCX-D Air with 63 mm of travel, ensuring a comfortable ride on a variety of surfaces. The lighting comprises a FUXON FF-100 EB front light with 100 lux and a FUXON RZ-100EB rear light, which ensure good visibility in traffic.

The bike is fitted with ZECURE VP-617 pedals and a SAMOX crankset. The drivetrain utilises the GATES® CDX system with a sprocket (GATES® CDXR22NU) and a belt (GATES® CDX 125T black/black). The handlebars are a Competition SL Ergo model, complemented by ERGON GC10-Nexus grips and an adjustable Competition SL stem. The headset is an FSA No. 55R with a 1.5-inch thread.

The rims are Schürmann YAK Disc models, fitted with SCHWALBE Marathon GT HS485 tyres (50-622) and black spokes (Spoke 2.0 blk). The front hub is a SHIMANO Deore M6000, whilst the rear hub is an ENVIOLO TR. The saddle is a Selle Bassano Suprema, mounted on a LIMOTEC A3Z suspension seatpost with a dropper function (120x34.9mm). The saddle is secured using a seat clamp (38.6mm).

Additional features include SKS Edge AL C56R mudguards, a Kettler Quadriga chain guard, an URSUS Wave kickstand and an IRack 2 luggage rack. The e-bike’s motor is a Bosch Performance Line CX model with an output of 25/85 Nm, combined with a Bosch PowerTube Horizontal 625 battery with a capacity of 625 Wh. The display is a Bosch KIOX, which clearly shows all relevant information.
