Kettler QUADRIGA P5 HD BENELUX BELT RT

The “QUADRIGA P5 HD BENELUX BELT RT” model from Kettler, released in 2022, is a high-quality e-bike characterised by its robust components and sophisticated technology. The price for this model is 4099 EUR. The frame is made of aluminium and contributes to a maximum permissible weight of 180 kg, whilst the bike’s own weight is 29 kg.

High-quality SHIMANO components have been fitted to the braking system. The SHIMANO BR-MT420 is used at the front, whilst the SHIMANO BR-MT410 with a 2-piston system is fitted at the rear. Both brakes are operated via the SHIMANO BL-MT402-3A brake levers. The brake discs are also from SHIMANO, with a diameter of 180 mm at the front (SM-RT30) and 160 mm at the rear (SM-RTC60).

The gear system is based on the SHIMANO Nexus SL-C7000-5 gear lever and offers a total of 5 gears. The fork is an SR SUNTOUR NCX-D with air suspension and a travel of 63 mm, which ensures comfortable damping. The lighting comprises a FUXON FS-50 EB front light with 50 lux and a FUXON R-Glow EB rear light, which ensures good visibility.

The pedals are ZECURE VP-658, whilst the crankset is from SAMOX. The sprocket is a GATES Pulley Inter 5 with 32 teeth, and the drive system features a black GATES CDX 130T. The handlebars are ZECURE 31.8mm, complemented by ERGON GC10-Nexus grips and an adjustable Competition SL stem. The headset is an ACROS AiX-322 R3.

The rims are Schürmann YAK Disc, fitted with SCHWALBE Marathon GG HS420 tyres (50-622). The spokes are 2.0 blk. A SHIMANO Alivio HB-M4050 hub is fitted at the front, whilst a SHIMANO Nexus SG-C7002-5CD hub is used at the rear.

The saddle is a ZECURE XL, mounted on a LIMOTEC A3Z suspension dropper post (120x34.9mm). The saddle is clamped in place using a seat clamp with a diameter of 38.6mm. SKS PET A56R mudguards provide additional protection in bad weather, whilst the CHGD HESLING CIN chain guard protects the chain. An URSUS Wave kickstand and an IRack 2 luggage rack complete the specification.

The e-bike is powered by a Bosch Performance Line Cruise motor with a top speed of 25 km/h and a torque of 65 Nm. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube Horizontal with a capacity of 625 Wh, controlled via the Bosch Intuvia display.
