Kettler QUADRIGA DUO CX12

The "QUADRIGA DUO CX12" model from Kettler, launched in 2022, is a versatile and high-performance e-bike designed for discerning riders. The price for this model is 5,799 EUR. The frame is made of robust aluminium and the maximum load capacity is 150 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 32 kg.

For the braking system, Kettler has opted for SHIMANO BR-MT520 disc brakes at both the front and rear, with the rear brake featuring a 4-piston system. The brake levers are also from SHIMANO, model BL-MT501. The front brake discs are SHIMANO SM-RT64 with a diameter of 203 mm and the rear discs are SHIMANO RT-EM600 with a diameter of 180 mm.

The QUADRIGA DUO CX12 is fitted with a SHIMANO XT RD-M8100 12-speed rear derailleur, operated via the SHIMANO XT SL-M8100 shifter. The fork is an SR SUNTOUR XCR34 Air with 100 mm of travel, which provides comfortable suspension.

Lighting is provided at the front by the FUXON FF-100 EB/WB10 with 100 lux and at the rear by the FUXON R-Glow EB, ensuring good visibility at night. The pedals are ZECURE VP-658 and the crankset is an FSA CK-320. The cassette is a SHIMANO SLX CS-M7100 with a 10–51T range, and the drivetrain uses a SHIMANO SLX CN-M7100 chain.

The handlebars are Noir MTB with a 35° angle, and the grips are ERGON GC1, which ensure ergonomic comfort. The stem is a SATORI All Up, and the headset is an ACROS AZF-625 with a diameter of 1.5 inches.

The rims are RODI Tryp35 and the tyres are SUPERO All Ground (62-584), which ensure good traction and stability. The spokes are 2.0 blk gauge. The front hub is a SHIMANO HB-MT400-B and the rear hub is a SHIMANO FH-MT510-B.

The saddle is a ZECURE XL VL-6485 and the seatpost is a LIMOTEC A3Z suspension dropper post (140x34.9mm), which offers additional comfort. The saddle is secured using a seat clamp with a diameter of 38.6 mm. Curana Apollo 70 mudguards protect against dirt and wet conditions, whilst the HORN Catena A08 chain guard protects the chain from external influences.

The bike features an URSUS Wave kickstand and an IRack 2 luggage rack, which offers additional transport options. The e-bike is powered by a Bosch Performance Line CX motor with a torque of 25/85 Nm. The battery consists of two Bosch PowerTube 625 units, giving a total battery capacity of 1250 Wh. The display is the Bosch KIOX, which provides comprehensive information on riding conditions.
