Kettler KETTLER CARGOLINE HT 800

The KETTLER CARGOLINE HT 800, launched in 2022, is a high-quality cargo bike from Kettler, characterised by its robust construction and extensive range of features. Priced at 7,199 EUR, this model offers a wide range of technical features that make it an ideal choice for transporting heavy loads.

The bike’s frame is made of aluminium, which contributes to its stability and durability. The maximum permissible load is 250 kg, whilst the bike’s own weight is 47 kg. These characteristics make the KETTLER CARGOLINE HT 800 particularly robust and versatile.

Safety is ensured by the MAGURA MT5 brakes at both the front and rear, each fitted with 4-piston calipers. The bike is fitted with ZECURE VP-831P pedals and a ZECURE L VL-6483 saddle. The seatpost is a LIMOTEC A3Z suspension dropper post measuring 140x34.9 mm, and the seat clamp has a diameter of 38.6 mm. The handlebars and stem are specially designed for the Cargoline model and, in combination with the ERGON GP1 grips, offer a high level of comfort.

The rims are RYDE Andra 40 / 20 models, fitted with SCHWALBE Big Ben tyres (55-559 / 55-406). The spokes are 2.0 blk. The front hub is an Elian steering hub, whilst a SHIMANO FH-MT500 hub is fitted at the rear.

Additional features include Curana Apollo 65 mudguards, a HORN Catena A08 cargo chain guard, a Kettler Cargoline kickstand and an ABUS lock for added security. The luggage rack is an IRack 2 model.

The KETTLER CARGOLINE HT 800 is powered by a Bosch Cargo Line Cruise motor with a torque of 85 Nm. The Bosch PowerTube Vertical battery has a capacity of 625 Wh and is controlled via the Bosch KIOX display.
