Kettler KETTLER CARGOLINE HT 600

The KETTLER CARGOLINE HT 600 from Kettler, released in 2023, is a high-quality cargo bike designed specifically for transporting heavy loads. Priced at 8,099 EUR, it offers a wide range of technical and functional features that make it a reliable companion in urban environments.

The bike’s frame is made of robust aluminium, ensuring both stability and a relatively low weight of 47 kg. The maximum permissible load is 250 kg, providing sufficient capacity for transporting a wide variety of goods.

Safety is ensured by the high-performance MAGURA MT5 brakes fitted to both the front and rear. The front brake is fitted with a MAGURA Elian disc brake rotor measuring 220 mm in diameter, whilst the rear brake uses a MAGURA MDR-C brake rotor with a diameter of 180 mm. The brake levers are also by MAGURA and feature a 4-finger blade for precise braking control.

The bike is fitted with a SHIMANO SLX RD-M7100 derailleur, which offers 12 speeds and is controlled by the SHIMANO SLX SL-M7100 shifter. The SHIMANO SLX CS-M7100 sprocket set offers a gear ratio of 10–51T, whilst power is transmitted via the SHIMANO SLX CN-M7100 chain.

The front fork on the KETTLER CARGOLINE HT 600 is a specially developed Kettler Cargoline fork with elastomer suspension and a travel of 45 mm. Visibility on the road is ensured by the FUXON FF-100 front light (100 lux) and the FUXON R-Glow EB rear light.

Other features include ZECURE VP-658 pedals, an FSA CK-320 crankset and ERGON GP1 grips. The handlebars and stem have also been specially developed for the Cargoline model. The headsets are from FSA No. 7B Cargoline.

The tyres are SCHWALBE Pick-Up Performance (55-559 / 55-406) and are fitted to robust Ryde Andra rims. The front hub is an Elian steering hub, whilst the rear hub is a SHIMANO FH-MT500.

The ZECURE L VL-6483 saddle is supported by a LIMOTEC A3Z suspension dropper post (140x34.9mm), which offers additional comfort. Mudguards from Curana Apollo 65 and a Horn Catena A08 cargo chain guard provide additional protection. A Kettler Cargoline kickstand and an ABUS lock provide additional security and stability.

The bike is fitted with a Bosch Cargo Line motor (Smart System), which delivers 25/85 Nm of torque. The Bosch PowerTube Vertical battery has a capacity of 750 Wh and is controlled via the Bosch Intuvia 100 display.

In addition, the model features a specially designed luggage rack (Carrier Cargoline), which makes transporting loads even easier. Overall, the KETTLER CARGOLINE HT 600 represents a well-designed and reliable solution for urban transport.
