Kettler KETTLER CARGOLINE FS 800

The "KETTLER CARGOLINE FS 800" model from Kettler, released in 2023, is a high-quality e-cargo bike which, at a price of 8,699 EUR, is positioned in the upper price bracket. It features a robust aluminium frame and has a maximum permissible weight of 250 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 48 kg.

The braking system is fitted with MAGURA MT5 components. MAGURA MT5 brakes are fitted at both the front and rear; the front brake disc is a MAGURA Elian Disc with a diameter of 220 mm, whilst the rear is a MAGURA MDR-C with a diameter of 180 mm. The brake levers for the front and rear wheels are also MAGURA MT5 and feature 4-finger blades.

The derailleur consists of a SHIMANO SLX RD-M7100 with 12 speeds, operated via the SHIMANO SLX SL-M7100 shifter. Power is transmitted via the SHIMANO SLX CN-M7100 chain, whilst the cassette is a SHIMANO SLX CS-M7100 with a range of 10–51T. The crankset is an FSA CK-320.

Comfort is provided by a Kettler Cargoline fork with elastomer suspension and 45 mm of travel, as well as a RockShox Monarch shock absorber with 70 mm of travel. The lighting comprises a FUXON FF-100 front light with 100 lux and a FUXON R-Glow EB rear light.

The bike is fitted with ZECURE VP-658 pedals, a ZECURE L VL-6483 saddle and a LIMOTEC A1Z dropper post measuring 34.9 x 150 mm. The handlebars and stem are from Kettler Cargoline, whilst the grips are ERGON GP1. The headset is an FSA No. 7B Cargoline.

The tyres are SCHWALBE Pick-Up Performance (55-559 at the front and 55-406 at the rear) fitted to Ryde Andra 40 rims (20-inch at the front and 26-inch at the rear) with Spoke 2.0 blk spokes. The front hub is an Elian steering hub and the rear hub is a SHIMANO FH-MT500.

Additional features include Curana Apollo 65 FS mudguards, a Horn Catena A08 Cargo chain guard, a Kettler Cargoline kickstand, an ABUS lock and a Carrier Cargoline luggage rack.

Power is provided by a Bosch Cargo Line motor (Smart System) with 85 Nm of torque and assistance up to 25 km/h. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube Vertical with a capacity of 750 Wh. The display is a Bosch Intuvia 100, which clearly shows all the important information.
