Kettler KETTLER CARGOLINE FS 800

The KETTLER CARGOLINE FS 800, launched in 2022 by Kettler, is a high-quality e-bike characterised by its robust materials and sophisticated technology. The frame is made of aluminium, which gives the bike a high degree of stability and durability. With a maximum permissible weight of 250 kg and a kerb weight of 48 kg, the bike is particularly well-suited to transporting heavy loads.

The CARGOLINE FS 800’s braking system is fitted with MAGURA MT5 brakes at both the front and rear. The front brake disc has a diameter of 220 mm (MAGURA Elian Disc), whilst the rear brake disc measures 180 mm (MAGURA MDR-C). The brake levers are also by MAGURA and feature a 4-finger lever design, which enables precise braking.

The bike uses the SHIMANO Deore SLX RD-M7100 system, which, together with the SHIMANO SLX SL-M7100 shifter, offers reliable and precise gear selection. The bike has a total of 12 gears, supported by the SHIMANO SLX CS-M7100 cassette (10-51T) and the SHIMANO SLX CN-M7100 chain.

The suspension on the CARGOLINE FS 800 is provided by a Kettler Cargoline fork with 45 mm of travel and a RockShox Monarch shock absorber with 70 mm of travel. This combination ensures a comfortable ride even on uneven terrain.

In terms of lighting, the bike is fitted with a FUXON F250 EB front light (100 lux) and a FUXON RZ100 EB rear light with reflector, ensuring optimum visibility in the dark. The pedals are ZECURE VP-831P, whilst the crankset is an FSA CK-320.

The handlebars and stem have been specially developed for Kettler’s Cargoline series, and the grips are ERGON GP1. The headset is an FSA No. 7B Cargoline. The rims are RYDE Andra 40 / 20 and the tyres are SCHWALBE Big Ben (55-559 / 55-406). The front hub is an Elian steering hub and the rear hub is a SHIMANO FH-MT500.

The saddle is a ZECURE L VL-6483, mounted on a LIMOTEC A3Z suspension dropper post (140x34.9mm). The saddle clamp has a diameter of 38.6 mm. Curana Apollo 65 FS mudguards and a HORN Catena A08 Cargo chain guard provide additional protection and comfort. A Kettler Cargoline stand ensures the bike stands securely, and an ABUS lock offers additional security.

The luggage rack is an IRack 2, which is ideal for carrying loads. Power is provided by a Bosch Cargo Line Cruise motor with 85 Nm of torque, powered by a Bosch PowerTube Vertical 625 battery with a capacity of 625 Wh. The display is a Bosch KIOX, which provides all the key information.
