Kettler CARGOLINE HT 600 E-CA

The "CARGOLINE HT 600 E-CA" model from the "Kettler" brand, released in 2022, is a high-quality e-bike designed specifically for carrying loads and is available for EUR 7,999. The frame is made of robust aluminium and has a maximum permissible load of up to 250 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 47 kg.

Safety and control are ensured by MAGURA MT5 brakes at both the front and rear, each fitted with 4-piston brake levers. The front brake disc is a MAGURA Elian Disc with a diameter of 220 mm, whilst the rear brake disc is a MAGURA MDR-C with a diameter of 180 mm. The gear lever is an ENVIOLO CA Auto Hub Interface, which enables precise and easy gear changes.

The Kettler Cargoline fork, with 45 mm of travel, provides additional comfort thanks to its elastomer suspension. The bike is lit by the FUXON F250 EB front light, with a brightness of 100 lux, and the FUXON RZ100 EB rear light, which includes a reflector.

The bike is fitted with ZECURE VP-831P pedals and an FSA CK-320 crankset. Power is transmitted via the GATES® CDX system with a CDXR22NU sprocket and a CDX 125T belt in black. The handlebars and stem are also from the Kettler Cargoline range, whilst the grips are ERGON GP1.

The steering system comprises the FSA No. 7B Cargoline headset. The wheels are fitted with RYDE Andra 40 rims and SCHWALBE Big Ben tyres (55-559 at the front and 55-406 at the rear), complemented by black 2.0-gauge spokes. The front hub is an Elian steering hub, whilst the rear hub is a Nuvinci ENVIOLO CA.

The saddle is a ZECURE L VL-6483 model, mounted on a LIMOTEC A3Z suspension dropper post (140x34.9 mm). The saddle is secured using a seat clamp with a diameter of 38.6 mm. Curana Apollo mudguards and a HORN Catena A08 Cargo chain guard provide additional protection against dirt and rain. An integrated Kettler Cargoline kickstand ensures the bike stands securely, whilst an ABUS lock provides protection against theft.

The luggage rack is an IRack 2 model, ideally suited for carrying loads. The e-bike is powered by a Bosch Cargo Line Cruise motor with a torque of 85 Nm, combined with a Bosch PowerTube Vertical battery with a capacity of 625 Wh. The Bosch KIOX display offers intuitive control and shows all important information whilst riding.
