KAYZA Talik Dry 4

The 2022 KAYZA Talik Dry 4 is a versatile e-bike, fitted with a wide range of high-quality components and priced at 2,749 EUR. The bike is powered by a high-performance third-generation BOSCH ‘Performance’ mid-drive motor with a voltage of 36 V and an output of 250 W. The accompanying BOSCH “Powerpack 500” battery, with a capacity of 500 Wh, promises a solid range and is complemented by a Bosch 2 Ah charger.

Reliable braking performance is provided by the SHIMANO “MT-200” brakes, which are combined with matching brake levers and fitted with a 180 mm front brake disc. Gear changes are handled by the SHIMANO “Altus RD-M 2000” rear derailleur and the SHIMANO “Altus SL-M2010” shift levers, whilst the SHIMANO “HG-201-9” cassette, with a range of 11–36 teeth, ensures an optimal gear ratio. The drivetrain is completed by the SHIMANO “CN-HG53” chain.

The Talik Dry 4’s front suspension is characterised by the SUNTOUR “SF15-NEX E25 LO-DS” fork, which is adjustable and features a lockout function to customise the suspension settings according to the terrain. The aluminium HL “MTB-320” handlebars, 680 mm wide, and the PROMAX “MA-595” stem, 90 mm long, ensure a comfortable riding position. The CONTEC “Tour Wing Eco” grips offer additional comfort.

Lighting is provided by the CONTEC “DLUX 30 E+” front light with 30 lux and the HERRMANS “H-Trace” rear light, ensuring safety when cycling at dusk or at night. The MARWI “SP-823N” pedals contribute to stability whilst pedalling.

For added comfort, the bike is fitted with the SELLE ROYAL “Essenza” saddle, mounted on a PROMAX “SP-2016” seatpost with a diameter of 30.4 mm. The KAYZA “X6” hollow-section rims, combined with SCHWALBE “Energizer Active Plus” tyres in size 50-622 featuring reflective strips, provide a robust foundation for a variety of riding conditions. The SHIMANO “HB-TX505” QR front hub and SHIMANO “FH-TX505” QR rear hub, along with black stainless steel spokes, complete the bike.

The Talik Dry 4 is also equipped with practical components such as SKS “A56” plastic mudguards, an adjustable URSUS “Mooi” aluminium kickstand and an ATRAN “Tour Sport” luggage rack, which enhance the bike’s everyday usability. The BOSCH “Purion” display offers four assistance levels, as well as a remote control and push assist, to further enhance riding comfort.
