KAYZA Spodic Dry 6

The "Spodic Dry 6" model from KAYZA, launched in 2022, is a versatile bike suitable for both everyday use and more challenging rides. Priced at 849 EUR, the bike offers a balanced combination of quality and functionality.

The braking system consists of SHIMANO “MT-200” brakes and brake levers, which, together with 180mm front and 160mm rear brake discs, ensure reliable braking performance. Gear shifting is handled by the SHIMANO “Deore RD-M592” rear derailleur, paired with SHIMANO “Alivio SL-M3100” shift levers, whilst the SHIMANO “Altus FD-M2000” front derailleur enables precise gear changes. The adjustable SUNTOUR “XCM” fork offers comfort and control on a wide variety of terrain.

For lighting, the bike is fitted with a CONTEC “DLUX 50” front light, which provides 50 lux of brightness, and a BÜCHEL “Z-Fire On” rear light with a parking light function. Power is supplied by a SHIMANO “DH3D37” QR hub dynamo, which ensures a reliable power supply for the lights.

Other components include VP “536” pedals and a SHIMANO “BB-UN 100” bottom bracket. Power is transmitted via a KMC “X 9” chain and a SHIMANO “HG-201-9” cassette with 11–34 teeth. The handlebars are HL “MTB-320” aluminium bars with a width of 700 mm, fitted with VELO “VLG-311” grips, and the stem is an HL “TDS-C507” with a length of 100 mm.

The bike rides on KAYZA “X6” hollow-section rims with disc brake mounts and KENDA “50-fifty” tyres in size 27.5” x 2.10”, which are fitted with reflective strips. The hubs consist of a front SHIMANO “DH3D37” QR hub dynamo and a rear SHIMANO “FH-TX505” QR hub, connected by black stainless steel spokes.

The CROSS “Corex” saddle, together with the PROMAX “SP-2016” seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm, ensures a comfortable ride. The specification is rounded off by an adjustable URSUS “Mooi” aluminium kickstand with a diameter of 18 mm, which allows the bike to be parked securely.
