KAYZA Sapric Dry 8

The "Sapric Dry 8" model from KAYZA, released in 2022, is a high-quality e-bike that stands out for its robust features and modern technology. Priced at 3549 EUR, it offers a wide range of features and components tailored to the needs of discerning cyclists.

The bike is fitted with a powerful fourth-generation BOSCH ‘Performance CX’ mid-drive motor, operating at a voltage of 36 V and a power output of 250 W. Power is supplied by a BOSCH “Powertube 625” lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 625 Wh, designed for long rides. The BOSCH “Purion” display allows for easy control of the four assistance levels and offers a push-assist function.

Safe and reliable braking performance is ensured by the SHIMANO “MT-4101” brakes and brake levers, combined with front brake discs measuring 203 mm and 180 mm in diameter. Gear changes are managed via the SRAM “RD-SX-1-A1” system in conjunction with the SRAM “SL-SX1-PA-A1” shifter, whilst the drivetrain is supported by the SRAM “EAGLE SX-A1” system. The SRAM “PG-1210” cassette offers a gear range of 11–50 teeth, which, together with the MIRANDA Gen.4 crankset with a length of 170 mm, ensures optimum power transfer.

The Rock Shox “Judy TK” fork, with 120 mm of travel and Boost technology, ensures a comfortable ride even on uneven terrain. Contact with the road is provided by SCHWALBE “Smart Sam” tyres in size 57-622, which impress with their performance and reflective properties. The KAYZA “X6” hollow-wall rims are designed for use with disc brakes and, in combination with the SHIMANO hubs (FR: “HB-MT400”, RR: “FH-MT400”) and black stainless steel spokes, a robust construction.

The bike is also fitted with a CONTEC “DLUX 50 E+” front light with 50 lux and a CONTEC “CTL 335 E” rear light, which ensure good visibility in low-light conditions. The SELLE ROYAL “Vivo” saddle, together with the PROMAX “SP-2016” seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm, offers a high level of comfort. Other features include the HL “MTB-320” aluminium handlebars, 720 mm wide, HERRMANS “Grit” grips and an HL “TDS-C507” stem, 100 mm long.

The model features practical extras such as SKS “A65 R” plastic mudguards, an URSUS “Mooi” adjustable aluminium kickstand and an ATRAN “Tour Sport” luggage rack. The VP “VPE-506” pedals complete the specification. A Bosch charger with a capacity of 2 Ah is also included in the scope of delivery.
