KAYZA Hydric 8

The "Hydric 8" model from KAYZA, released in 2022, is a versatile e-bike available for 3449 EUR. It combines modern technology with high-quality components to deliver outstanding performance both on and off the beaten track. The braking system consists of SHIMANO “MT-4023” brakes and brake levers, complemented by a 203mm front brake disc and a 180mm rear brake disc, ensuring reliable stopping power. Gear changes are handled by the SRAM “RD-SX-1-A1” system with the matching “SL-SX1-PA-A1” shifter, enabling precise and smooth gear changes.

The ROCKSHOX “Judy S TK” fork, with 120mm of travel, Boost compatibility and adjustable features, ensures a comfortable ride even on uneven terrain. The bike is fitted with VP “VPE-506” pedals, whilst the bottom bracket is from BOSCH. The crankset is the Miranda Gen.4 with a length of 170 mm, and the cassette is a SRAM “PG-1210” with 11–50 teeth, offering a wide range of gear ratios. The handlebars are the aluminium HL “MTB-320” with a width of 720 mm, paired with HERRMANS “Grit” grips for a secure grip. The stem is the HL “TDS-C507” with a length of 90 mm. The wheels feature KAYZA “X17” hollow-section rims, fitted with SCHWALBE “Smart Sam” tyres in size 65-584. The hubs are from SHIMANO, with the “HB-MT400” model at the front and the “FH-MT400” at the rear, and are fitted with black stainless steel spokes.

The SELLE ROYAL “Vivo” saddle offers comfort, mounted on a PROMAX “SP-2016” seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm. The e-bike is powered by a fourth-generation BOSCH mid-drive motor, the “Performance CX” model with 36 V and 250 W. The battery is a BOSCH “Powertube 625”, a lithium-ion battery with a BMS and a capacity of 625 Wh, which ensures sufficient range. The BOSCH “Purion” display offers four assistance levels as well as a push-assist function. A Bosch 2 Ah charger is used to charge the battery.
