KAYZA Garua Dry 4

The "Garua Dry 4" from KAYZA, launched in 2022, is a versatile bike that stands out for its well-thought-out features and attractive value for money. Priced at 729 EUR, this model offers a solid specification that is suitable for both everyday use and occasional rides.

The Garua Dry 4’s braking system consists of SHIMANO “EF-505” brakes and brake levers, which, combined with a 180 mm front brake disc and a 160 mm rear brake disc, ensure reliable braking performance. The gear system is provided by the SHIMANO “Acera RD-M360”, whilst the SHIMANO “ST-EF505” shift levers ensure precise gear changes. The SHIMANO “FD-TY700” front derailleur complements the gear system and allows for smooth gear adjustment.

For riding comfort, the bike is fitted with an adjustable SUNTOUR “XCE” fork, which effectively absorbs bumps on the route. The lighting comprises a CONTEC “DLUX 50” front light with a luminous intensity of 50 lux and a BÜCHEL “Z-Fire On” rear light with a parking light function, ensuring safety when cycling at dusk or at night. Power for the lights is generated by a SHIMANO “DH3D37” QR hub dynamo.

The SHIMANO “BB-UN 100” bottom bracket and the SHIMANO “HG-31” cassette with 11–34 teeth contribute to the efficiency of the drivetrain, which is completed by a KMC “Z 8.1” chain. The HL “MTB-320” aluminium handlebars measure 700 mm and, together with the VELO “VLG-311” grips, offer comfortable handling. The HL “TDS-C507” stem is 80 mm long.

The KAYZA “X6” hollow-wall rims are designed for disc brakes and, together with the KENDA “50-fifty” tyres in size 29” x 2.10” featuring reflective strips, contribute to stability and grip. The front hub is fitted with the SHIMANO “DH3D37” QR hub dynamo and the rear with the SHIMANO “FH-TX505” QR hub, whilst the black Niro spokes complete the bike’s look.

The CROSS “Corex” saddle, combined with the PROMAX “SP-2016” seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm, ensures comfort whilst riding. The bike is also fitted with an adjustable URSUS “Mooi” aluminium kickstand, which provides added convenience when parking. The VP “536” pedals offer a reliable connection between rider and bike.
