Kalkhoff ENDEAVOUR 7.B PURE

The "ENDEAVOUR 7.B PURE" model from Kalkhoff, launched in 2021, is a high-quality e-bike which, at a price of 5499 EUR, is positioned in the upper mid-range. The frame is made of aluminium and features the Integrale 1.5 design, which ensures seamless integration of the components. The brakes are hydraulic disc brakes from Magura (MCi5/MCi4), which provide reliable stopping power. The brake levers are also by Magura and are integrated, giving the bike a clean, uncluttered look.

The bike is fitted with a Shimano Deore XT Di2 11-speed groupset, which is renowned for precise and fast gear changes. The shift lever is also from the Shimano Deore XT Di2 series. The fork is a carbon Trekking Integrated model, which is both lightweight and sturdy. Lighting is provided by the Supernova E3 Mini Pro front light and the Spanninga Pimento rear light, which ensure good visibility in the dark.

The Urban Light pedals are fitted with anti-slip protection and reflectors, offering additional safety. The crankset is made of aluminium and has a length of 170 mm. The cassette is a Shimano SLX, whilst the drivetrain is fitted with a Shimano CN-HG701 chain. The handlebars are Concept EX Riser with Ergon GA30 grips, which ensure comfort on long rides. The stem is a rigid Concept model with a length of 65 mm.

The rims are Rodi TRYP35 with double eyelets, and the tyres are Schwalbe Super Moto-X in size 62-584, which provide good traction and comfort. The front hub is a Novatec with a 12x100 mm thru-axle system, and the rear hub is a Shimano Microspline MT510 with a 12x142 mm thru-axle system. The spokes are made of stainless steel.

The saddle is an Ergon SM10 model, and the seatpost is a Concept EX made of aluminium. The bike features painted aluminium mudguards and a Rear Low Rider luggage rack. The drivetrain is assisted by a Bosch Performance Line CX motor with 36 V / 250 W / 85 Nm of power. The battery is a Li-ion model with a capacity of 625 Wh, which ensures a considerable range. The Bosch Kiox colour display with Walk Assist rounds off the specification and offers numerous functions to assist the rider.
