Kalkhoff ENDEAVOUR 3.B MOVE

The 2022 Kalkhoff ENDEAVOUR 3.B MOVE is a versatile e-bike which, at a price of 2,899 EUR, is positioned in an attractive price range. The frame of this model is made from IntegrAle 0.1 aluminium, which offers both stability and lightness. Fitted with Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes – featuring a 180 mm front rotor and a 160 mm rear rotor – the bike ensures reliable braking performance in a variety of conditions.

Gear changes are handled by a Shimano Alivio 9-speed system, offering a gear ratio of 38 at the front and 11–34 at the rear, operated via the Shimano Alivio shift lever. The SR Suntour NEX E25 HLO fork with lockout function provides additional comfort and control on uneven terrain. Lighting is provided by the Herrmans MR GO LED front light (20 lux) and the Herrmans H-Trace rear light, which ensure safety in the dark.

The ENDEAVOUR 3.B MOVE is fitted with aluminium pedals featuring anti-slip protection and reflectors, whilst the crankset is also made of aluminium and has a length of 170 mm. The sprocket is a Shimano HG31, and the drivetrain uses a KMC X9 chain. The aluminium touring handlebars, Ergon GP1 grips and adjustable aluminium stem contribute to a comfortable and customisable riding position.

The Concept rims with eyelets and Schwalbe Energizer Plus Tour tyres in size 50-622 provide a robust foundation for the bike. The hubs are Shimano TX505 and feature quick-release mechanisms, whilst the spokes are made of stainless steel. The Selle Royal Nuvola Unitec saddle, together with the Concept EX aluminium seatpost, ensures additional comfort on longer rides.

Practical features such as the plastic mudguards with edge protection and the aluminium luggage rack in a touring design round off the specification. The e-bike is powered by a Bosch Performance Line motor rated at 36 V / 250 W / 65 Nm, controlled via the Bosch Purion LCD display with Walk Assist. The bike’s geometry includes a seat tube length of 450 mm, a top tube length of 587 mm, a head tube angle of 72 degrees and a seat tube angle of 73 degrees. Other dimensions include a head tube length of 160 mm, chainstay length of 480 mm, bottom bracket drop of 65 mm, fork offset of 44 mm, top tube height of 795 mm, a fork installation height of 462 mm and a wheelbase of 1100 mm. These dimensions ensure balanced handling and a comfortable ride.
