IXGO MX ONE

The “MX ONE” model from IXGO, launched in 2024, offers a balanced combination of technical features and value for money. Priced at 649 EUR, it is an attractive option for many cyclists. The bike’s frame is designed in the classic diamond shape and contributes to a maximum permissible weight of 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 14 kg.

The braking system consists of Shimano components, with BR-MT 200 models for the front and rear wheels, complemented by BL-MT200 brake levers. The brake discs have a diameter of 180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear and are also from Shimano, model SM-RT26, 6-BOLT. For gear changes, the bike is fitted with a Microshift TS39 shifter, offering 21 gears. The front derailleur is also from MICROSHIFT, model FD-M20.

The MX ONE’s fork is a Suntour XCT 30 HLO with 100 mm of travel, ensuring a comfortable ride on a variety of surfaces. The pedals are Matrix FP-803ZU, whilst the crankset is specified as a Matrix TCSH4-SMA with 42/34/24 teeth and a length of 170 mm. The cassette is a Microshift model CS-071, offering a 12–28-tooth 7-speed range.

The handlebars are Matrix MTB-AL-320BT, 740 mm wide with a 9-degree bend. The stem, also from Matrix, is 75 mm long and has a 6-degree angle. The rims are Mach1 CROSS-R 23, with 32 holes each at the front and rear. The tyres are Maxxis Rekon Race M355P in a tanwall finish.

The hubs are by Matrix with quick-release axles and also feature a 6-hole pattern, matching the black Sapim spokes. The saddle is a Selle Italia X Superflow, and the seatpost is a Matrix SP-C255 with a diameter of 30.9 mm and a length of 350 mm.

The bike’s geometry is characterised by a reach of 455 mm and a stack of 628 mm. The seat tube length is 490 mm, whilst the top tube length is 635 mm. The head tube angle is set at 68 degrees, and the seat tube angle at 74 degrees. Other dimensions include a head tube length of 115 mm, 30 mm spacers, a chainstay length of 450 mm, a bottom bracket drop of 65 mm, a fork offset of 46 mm and a wheelbase of 1183 mm.

Overall, the IXGO MX ONE is a well-equipped bike which, for a price of 649 EUR, offers a range of features suitable for both everyday use and sporting activities.
